What does Avelqorix Industries make?
We are developing custom masking components, prototypes, and practical manufacturing aids using additive manufacturing and design. Products and workflows are still being evaluated.
Do you only make blast caps?
No. Masking caps are one starting point. Our direction also includes fixtures, protective covers, holders, organization aids, and other custom solutions.
Can you work from a sketch or an idea without CAD?
That is the intended development approach. A sketch, photos you are authorized to share, or a clear description can help define what a concept needs to do.
Can parts be made to custom dimensions?
Custom fit is a central part of the concept. Dimensions, clearances and how the part seats must be reviewed and verified before manufacturing. The builder uses generic sample dimensions only.
What materials are available?
Current development includes PETG additive manufacturing. Material selection depends on fit, load, temperature, chemicals and the process involved. Other materials require a feasibility review; a builder selection is not a promise of availability.
Are printed blast caps suitable for thermal spraying?
Abrasive blasting and thermal spraying have different requirements. A printed masking concept is not automatically suitable for flame, wire-arc or HVOF exposure. Heat, particle impact and removal must be assessed in the intended process.
Do you handle one-off prototypes or multiple units?
Our planned scope includes one-off prototypes and small batches. Feasibility, quantities and lead times need individual review; production capacity is not being advertised.
How does custom development work?
Describe the problem and constraints, review a concept, verify fit and function with a prototype, then refine it. Any manufacturing decision follows application and material review.
Is Avelqorix currently taking orders?
The company is in pre-launch development. This website does not accept payments or confirmed orders. The request page currently prepares a branded quote-request PDF; online submissions are not connected yet.
What does pre-launch mean?
Products, materials and workflows are being developed before a public opening. There is no fixed launch date.
What should I share with a request?
Describe the application, approximate size, quantity and the problem you want to solve. Share only information you own or are authorized to disclose. Do not include confidential employer or customer documents.
